- Minimum 2 units respond to any structure fire
- Incident Commander assigned to first arriving unit
- Establish water supply before initiating interior attack
- Personnel accountability must be confirmed before interior operations
🚑 EMS Operations
- Triage all patients on scene before transport decisions
- Critical patients require immediate transport, no delay
- Notify receiving facility before departure
- All patient contacts must be logged
☣️ Hazmat
- Establish hot, warm, and cold zones immediately
- No entry without proper PPE and supervisor approval
- Evacuation radius minimum 300ft for unknown substances
